With over 30 years of construction experience, I bring a unique set of skills and knowledge to the inspection process.The construction company I worked for did everything in house. Concrete,plumbing,electrical, framing and roofing. This gave me hands on experience in all of these trades. Additionally I have built and remodeld maney homes on my own, some requiring being lifted up and new footings installed.

I  have also maintained a electrical contractors license and journyman electrician card for 24 years. Additionally I took  the Heating and Air conditioning program at San Diego Community College.

More recently, I have become a Residential building inspector certified by the International Code Council  (ICC). This is the same certification required by most cities for there building inspectors.

I enjoy bringing this knowledge to the home inspection. I feel it gives me greater insight into determining the general condition of the home and all its various systems.
